Commercial litigation

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Wentz worked at a major international firm in Philadelphia and later in Delaware. Mr. Wentz also served as a clerk on the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Mr. Wentz’s commercial litigation practice encompasses corporate, commercial, and consumer protection litigation in Pennsylvania and Delaware including in the Delaware Court of Chancery.  He is experienced in all stages of commercial litigation from jury trials to successful appeals to the Delaware Supreme Court.
