Bullying cases

All children can be victims of harassment, intimidation, or bullying; those with educational or physical disabilities are particularly vulnerable.

The law protects your child from threats and intimidation in the classroom, online, and outside of school when the actions of the abuser affect your child at school.

Districts have certain statutory obligations to protect your child, and there may be grounds for legal recourse if they fail to do so.
